     We do everything we can to avoid the dreaded 're-format' of your system.   If that happens to be the case we can minimize the impact on you by saving all of your data to either a specific folder on your hard disk or even by backing up your data to a DVDR or CDR.   We maintain an extensive parts inventory along with a huge library of software utilities to fix your system properly and as efficiently as possible.

     We have 4 dedicated bench computer systems that we use to retrieve data from ailing hard drives and a fast internet connection to download up to date software and patches to resolve compatibility issues.

     We can fix and upgrade systems in our store or at your location.   We do so many things that it is easier to let you know what we actually do not service.   We don't do hardware repairs on equipment that has proprietary parts(it's just not cost effective, unfortunately).

We can fix:

operating systems, driver and software problems

retrieve data from failing hard drives (within reason)
